Hi everyone! Happy New Year! It's been a very busy time and I have lots of nice pics to show you all. I had a great Christmas and got lots and lots of new clothes and toys. So many I haven't been able to update my blog because I have been so busy playing. I now have my first tooth, it's great fun biting Daddy's finger!
It was Granddad's birthday on Christmas Day. I think playing with me was his favourite Christmas present!
It was a busy day. I spent more time opening my presents than playing with them. Later I went to Auntie Aoife's house and played with my cousins. I only got to play one game of charades but I got "The Continuum Concept" in 30 seconds.
The rest of Christmas was nice and I got to see a lot of Daddy for a change. I got to go to lots of places with Mummy and Daddy over the 2 weeks. It was great fun.
I got to see lots of people too. Mark dropped around and I finally got to meet Ana. She is really nice!
Over the past few weeks I have been having great fun trying to get both my feet into my mouth. They taste yummy, but it's very difficult... you try it!
I met up with my plastic surgeon in Temple Street and he was very happy with my progress. My scar will take only a year to heal and they booked me in for my next operation in May.
In the new Year I also started eating this stuff Mummy calls "solids". It was a bit scary and lumpy at first but now I really like it...
In the morning I have my banana and some milk....
And in the evening I have carrots and rice. Daddy says he is going to make me Stir Fried Fillet of Beef with Green Peppers and Black Bean sauce, Honk Kong style Sweet and Sour Sole, Roast Breast of Cantonese Duck, special Fried rice, and the one I am really looking forward to, Singapore Noodles.... yummy.... mmmm.....Noodles....
Been going out a lot lately too. I meet up with Auntie Aoife sometimes in town. I like the restaurant in Arnotts, it's perfect after a busy afternoon's shopping.
Mummy and Daddy have started taking me to their favourite restaurant some weekends. The staff are very nice there and their salads are yummy.
It's nice and quiet during lunch so I get to play with Mummy and Daddy while they have their lunch.
Because I am still getting used to solids they let me order from the Cocktail menu. They make me laugh even more and after 2 or 3 I am very sleepy!
