Christmas Day

Yesterday was very exciting. We all woke up at 6 am and apparently some lad called Santa had called in while I was asleep last night and left lovely presents for myself and Eimear.

Eimear got me my favourite character from In the Night Garden, Upsy Daisy. She knows me so well!

Santa also delivered a little house with little people from "Happyland". I had great fun playing with it all morning.

After all the excitement of opening the presents we all went for a stroll on the beach in Killiney. I really wanted to get in but Mummy and Daddy said it would be far too cold.

For dinner I had a special Santa bib which was very funny.

Xmas Eve Eve

Haven't updated in a few months. Sorry! Here's a quick update on the last few weeks before my Christmas post!

I now loving dressing up and checking out my facial expressions in the mirror!

My Godmother came over from Amsterdam with Roghan and Oisin for a visit!

I got a new car. We call it "The Ninky Nonk". It's a sporty 2 seater with bucket seats and racing style seat belts. It's well cool. Hoping to get some Neon for the under carriage soon.

Feeding time is far more fun these days because I can make a mess and take my time over lunch. Lately I have been using my lunch to add volume to my hair.

I love flying around in my walker. Sometimes I go free style but I havent got the hang of it quite yet.

In early November I had a nasty cold that turned into a chest infection. Its the first time I was ever sick! I had a very runny nose.

Towards the end of the summer I made many attempts to escape out the front door but was stopped on every occasion.

As the weather got colder I had to wrap up warmer and warmer before we headed out.

Every weekend Daddy makes me a full Irish breakfast; beans, sausages and yummy scrambled eggs.

I have mastered the "I didn't do it" and the "I wasn't going to touch it" look. Mummy and Daddy fall for it every time.

My little sister Eimear is becoming more and more fun. She is smiling lots and loves when I give her kisses. She has also started to yabber. Soon we will be able to have fully fledged conversations!

"Where's Wally"

Two weeks ago we got our Christmas tree and I helped Mummy and Daddy decorate it. We got it early because we were going to France for Christmas but I found out that I have fluid on my middle ear so I am not allowed go on a plane. The good news is that soon after a minor procedure I will be able to fly. Which is great because I couldn't fly before!

October Update

Just a very quick update to let you know I am still here. Been busy helping Eimear out with her blog and helping her to edit all her photos. I hope to teach her how to use videos soon.

Fionnula and Catherine visited all the way from London today to visit me and meet my sister for the first time.

Catherine helped me to update my blog and I showed her how to make her own. Will keep you posted on when she starts her own one!!

A Little Sister

I have a little sister! Which means I'm a BIG SISTER!!! Wohooo!! I went in with Daddy to visit her today but she was fast asleep. I didn't want to wake her so I let her sleep on. Can't wait till she comes home so I can play with her!

I won't be blogging much over the next while as I have to help Eimear set up her new blog. I am going to help her out with all the photos and videos and stuff! See you all soon!!!

Autumn Already?

After over a year of Blogging I decided to test my XML skills and have updated the look of my blog. Hope you like. It's as if I am getting ready for some competition on the blogging front or something!?!

Spent over an hour getting this to work!

My French cousins were over for a few days and I got to meet Lois and Anne for the first time.

Now I have met all my cousins. The circle is complete...

Hi all,

Well I had a birthday bash on Saturday. Thanks to everyone who could make it along. It was so much fun and the house was packed with all of mummy and daddy's friends and all my friends too! Here are all the pics taken on Uncle Peter's new fancy camera. Apparently he is going to give me his old one because I am so into photography!!

Mummy and Daddy got a big adventure block for me. 

Chloe and Daisy came along and gave me a lovely present.

Joanne, Maryann and Caroline from Martello got me my own park bench to go into the garden. It's very comfortable.

Penelope came too and she really liked the bench. She sat on it for a while and said it was a good place to read the paper in the morning with a coffee.

Naoise, Penelope and Conor had to help Uncle Steve understand how use the MegaBlock.

Alexandra and I had great fun stealing bowls of sweets from the grown ups table.

Naoise and I practiced blowing out the candles but he was much better than I was. I never did get the hang of it!

Mummy helped me blow out the single candle on my cake. It was very difficult because the cake was so big! I managed to eat it all though.

All my friends wanted lessons on 'bum shuffling'.

All my grandparents where there and I got so many hugs that day!

Moving Out

Haven't blogged in a while because I was busy looking at houses for mum and dad. We are all moving tomorrow in time for my 1st birthday. All very busy. I better get back in my box and wait for the van to arrive. It's all very exciting. Will fill you all in next week!

Holliers!

Hi all,

I decided to take Mummy and Daddy away on holiday for the first time before I go in for my next operation. We had a great time. The weather was amazing and it's been like that since I got back to Dublin too. Must go away and bring back some snow next winter...

My first ever self portrait.

In the mornings after my bottle I liked to go out and play on the balcony. The views were lovely. It's the biggest bath I have ever seen. Daddy said it was called the Atlantic.

Every morning after breakfast Mummy would take me for a walk on the beach. It was a great way to start each day.

Later on we would all head down to the pool and go for a swim. 

I loved splashing and kicking in the water. I had to hold onto Daddy tight though as he is not the best swimmer, more than once I had to help him out.

I then got my own sit in lilo. It was great fun. It meant I could go bombing around the pool all afternoon.

After my swim Mummy would wrap me in her giant beach towel to dry off. I was so cuddly.

The afternoons were far too hot for Mummy and Daddy so I would send them to bed to have a siesta while I chilled out on the balcony with my toys.

My favourite time was when we would all go down the the beach and play in the sand.

There was so much of it to eat. I could spend a whole month here and I still wouldn't be able to eat it all.

Every so often when I got too dirty we would all run into the sea for a swim. Mummy and Daddy thought it was very cold. It didn't bother me in the slightest.

After each swim we would go back and play on the beach and dryout before going for another dip.

Being on holidays was great. Instead of going to bed we would all go out for dinner in the sunset. I had a great time chatting to all the waiters and the other people in the restaurants. 

On the last night, Daddy splashed out and bought me a bottle of Krystal, which I think is what all the film stars drink.

I am currently learning the workflow of a professional video editor using the new codec AVCHD. I hope to upload my first edit later on today.
